We have a Professional Learning Grant allocation of £2,525 in 2021-22 to release teachers to work together on the implementation of the Curriculum for Wales 2022 and to undertake training.

Our Accelerated Learning Grant allocation for 2021-22 is £11,032. We have provided additional support for learners to acquire basic skills and catch-up as a result of the pandemic. It also allows us to provide additional support and challenge for more able learners. This takes the form of 11 hrs TA support for basic skills groups in the English Stream and 13.75 hrs for the Welsh Stream to help with the acquisition of Welsh language skills. We also have 20 x 1/2 days additional teacher time to support More Able Learners to acquire and develop digital learning skills.
